We stimulate, observe and analyze 18 behavioral data points using our FuturePro platform and continuously improve the program. By tracking self-completion rates in our FuturePro platform, we were able to identify modules that were less engaging than others. Armed with this data, we took a frugal approach by enhancing these modules to make them more interactive, visually appealing, and relevant to student interests. As a result, student engagement increased, leading to higher completion rates and a more effective learning experience.
In our DeepTech batches, data analysis allowed us to identify the top 20% of students who consistently demonstrated exceptional performance and motivation. Leveraging this insight, we offered these high-achieving students advanced modules that delved deeper into complex topics. This personalized learning approach enabled them to acquire advanced skills and knowledge, positioning them for more rewarding and lucrative career opportunities.
Data provided valuable insights to teachers about student interactions with the platform. By analyzing data on student engagement, completion rates, and performance, teachers gained a comprehensive understanding of individual learning needs. Armed with this information, they could personalize their instruction, offer targeted support, and provide timely feedback to maximize student learning outcomes.
Through data analysis, we could identify anomalies in quizzes, such as unusually high or low success rates on specific questions or topics. These insights allowed us to investigate further and take measures to address any discrepancies, ensuring fair assessment and maintaining the integrity of the learning process. By promptly addressing anomalies, we fostered an environment conducive to accurate assessment and meaningful feedback.
Frugal and innovative data-driven approaches have also enabled us to provide equitable learning opportunities. For example, by analyzing data on student performance and participation in group projects, we identified students who were consistently overlooked or lacked equal opportunities for collaboration. To address this, we implemented frugal interventions such as structured group assignments through an in-house tool called iCollab. We also designed mentorship programs to provide an inclusive learning environment. These initiatives ensured that every student had the chance to develop crucial teamwork and communication skills, regardless of their background or prior experiences.
