Arvinder Singh aged 23 resides in one of the resettlement colonies in Delhi. Arvind’s father is the sole earning member in the family of five who manage the household finances. Inspite of holding a B.com degree, Arvinder had a hard time cracking job interviews Soon he realized that his soft skills were not up to the mark which is the key to a successful interview in the first place. Meanwhile during a mobilization drive, Avinder came to know about Anudip, one of India’s leading training and career development network delivering successful, engaging in-depth hands-on training by its best in class certified faculty. Arvinder was interviewed by A2tech Consultants, a respectable private firm soon after completing his training and was offered a job in Delhi with a monthly salary of Rs.14,000. Arvinder happily took the offer. This story highlights yet another example of the importance of comprehensive training at the right time from the right institute to foster employability skills that are especially important to a young person’s success.
