On September 2020, Anudip Foundation in association with Tata STRIVE (Tata Community Initiatives Trust) launched an innovative technology learning initiative that encourages advanced IT skilling to foster digital transformation and employability. Designed as “Institute Enrichment Programme” IEP IGNITE, this program includes a unique employability course which is a blend of domain based IT (developed by Anudip) coupled with soft-skill curriculum (Youth Development Module- YDM designed by Tata STRIVE) targeted to hone 300 students from shortlisted engineering colleges in Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore in the year 2020-2021 to enrich their skills and scope of employability in the IT & allied services.

Packaged as a market-aligned skill development curriculum, the program seeks to make a future-ready workforce equipped with on-demand employment-led training in Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking and Web Designing along with relevant workplace communication.
