Impact Story
Nagendra Babu Anasuri, like any other 27 years old has dreams and aspirations. A keen and a bright student, Nagendra has completed B.Tech Computer Science Engineering and aspires to become a full stack front end developer. A.P.J Abdul Kalam has always been an inspirational figuresix thousand toiling the fields. This barely covers the basic needs of a family of four. An unemployed Prasad just wanted to do his bit and help his family meet its expenses. Prasad after completing his graduation used to roam around his village with his friends and he knew it was time for him to look for a job and support himself and his family. Interestingly, Prasad found out about Anudip Skill and Career Development Centre through his friends and the opportunity for placements and jobs provided after the training.
Prasad decided to visit the nearest Anudip centre at Bantala village, Odisha and got himself enrolled in the Certificate in Office Automation and Digital Education (CODE) programme after a counselling session with the training team. The team counselled and assured him that they would help him to find a job once he completes the training. This was Prasad’s first step towards realizing his dreams for a bright and self-reliant future. He had to travel 30 kms one way every day to attend the training. Prasad was one of the brightest and most determined learners. He found the interactive e-Learning course highly engaging which included quizzes, video lectures, and dialogue simulations and according to him Anudip team was extremely warm and made him feel like a family.
Soon after completion of the course, Prasad attended DISHA drive a mega job fair and secured a place with Innovsource Services Private Limited earning a salary of Rs. 9,051 per month. He does his work with commitment and now hopes to become a Supervisor soon. For a boy with poor economic condition and limited resources the right training in Anudip not only developed his personality but at the same time opened doors to new career opportunities and success. Prasad continues to be a source of strength to his parents and a role model for his younger brother.
