    “I was conditioned to believe that I had three identities—“poor,””marriage,” and “girl, “” says Fatima, the 23 year old B.tech student.”The changes force me to reacquaint myself constantly with the land of my birth,”sighs Fatima remembering how situations took a drastic turn overnight when her father met with an accident. “I felt alienated, judged and intimidated,” remembers the inquisitive soul who took the decision to “break the back of the beast,” by overcoming the hurdles.

    “Filling out the application was a feat in itself,” says Fatima highlighting how her past memories of skipping school had instilled in her  “the fear of being a forever failure.” keeping her from moving forward in life. Finally in the words of Fatima “with some persistence from her and a lot of effort from her mother,” , she enrolled for “Advanced Program on Java Full Stack Development using Angular course”.  “It’s all about approaching the challenge from the bottom up, and creating sustainable change,” iterates the young braveheart who regained confidence after she had found her expertise in Java Programming, Java Web Development, WebServices and Software Testing.

    “In my desperation, I found my hobby and career, ” shares Nida Fatima  with a pride beaming all over her face. “Today, the boss trusts me more than he trusts most men in the company,” said the proud employee as her tenacity paid off securing a remarkable position at Anudip Foundation. Today Fatima stands proudly as “the only graduate girl in her family walking head to head with her father in sharing the expenses of her 6 member family.”
