Kaushik Kalal, a 21-year-old from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, faced challenges after completing his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering. Despite his dreams of working for a top company, Kaushik struggled to find a job due to his lack of specialized knowledge. Although he received a job offer from Infosys, the economic downturn delayed his onboarding process, leaving Kaushik uncertain about his future.
“Dad works hard as a driver, and mom does her best as a baby care taker, but we’ve always had to watch our expenses carefully. I knew I needed to do something to help my family and fulfill my own dreams,” Kaushik recalls, reflecting on the financial struggles his family faced.
Determined to improve his prospects, Kaushik enrolled in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) course at Anudip Skill & Career Development Centre in Ahmedabad. Inspired by a seminar at his college where Anudip representatives emphasized the relevance of the AWS course, Kaushik saw it as an opportunity to explore the latest technology aligned with his education.
Under the guidance of his trainer, Alpana Meena, Kaushik immersed himself in the AWS course, acquiring specific skills necessary for success in the tech industry. Anudip’s training not only equipped him with technical expertise but also provided placement-oriented knowledge, preparing him for the competitive job market.
“The journey was tough, with days of doubt and uncertainty, but I kept pushing forward, driven by the desire to change our situation,” Kaushik shares, recalling the difficulties he faced during his training.
Kaushik’s determination and newly acquired skills paid off when he secured an internship at Accenture Solutions Private Limited. This opportunity not only provided him with income but also contributed to his family’s financial stability. Coming from a modest background where his father works as a driver and his mother as a baby caretaker, Kaushik’s success brought pride and relief to his family.
“Getting the job was like a dream come true. Not just for me, but for my family too. It’s a testament to their sacrifices and my determination,” Kaushik remarks, expressing his gratitude for the support of his family.
Reflecting on his journey, Kaushik emphasizes the importance of proper guidance and specialized skills in securing opportunities in today’s job market. He acknowledges the pivotal role Anudip played in shaping his career trajectory and recommends it to others seeking to enhance their skills and careers.
With a steady income from his internship, Kaushik made positive changes in his life, including investing in medical insurance for financial security during emergencies. Additionally, his family’s income increased significantly after his enrollment in the AWS course, providing them with greater stability and opportunities for growth.
