BRAC has a dedicated Skills Development Programme which provides skills training to marginalized youth across Bangladesh. BRAC partners with Anudip Foundation in October 2020 for economic empowerment of at-risk career-aspirants from Bangladesh by new-age IT skills training and digital employment.

    With this new strategic alliance, Anudip through its unique technology driven program will train 3750 youth learners in IT skills, preparing them for placement opportunities. Designed to develop digital cognitive capacity of young people in Bangladesh, the training curriculum will offer career aspirants from access-limited underserved locations,- a choice of functional proficiency in digital literacy, financial literacy, English, Interview Skills, and workplace readiness to help them secure sustainable careers.
