  To tap leadership potential— and more effectively, APEX (Achieving Professional Excellence) is ANUDIP’s highly customized program for professionals, which test new strategies and practical tools through hands-on experiences to gain deeper insights into leadership through assessments and reflection. The APEX training will prepare high-potential professionals ready to make a sustainable impact:

  APEX will serve a highly personal experience for our high-potential employees that would progress from individual leadership to teams to wider organization and network. Through assessments, goal mapping, and mentoring by industry stalwarts, our future-leaders will develop a better understanding of their current strengths and challenges and create actionable plans that can be implemented through their functions.

  Our APEX training is currently conducted by Dipannita Deb, Founder and Director, Deestha Foundation along with our in-house experts from Learning & Development and Human Recourses Department.
