• ANUDIP – selected as one of the grantees for WCC by Reliance Foundation

    The Women Connect Challenge (WCC) launched by Reliance Foundation and the US Agency for International Development (USAID) is a global call for solutions to improve women’s participation in everyday life by meaningfully changing the ways women access and use technology.

    ANUDIP is one among the ten organizations across India – selected as a grantee through the Women Connect Challenge India, launched by Reliance Foundation and USAID, which aims to bridge the gender digital divide by providing innovative solutions that will increase women’s economic empowerment through technology. With the grant, ANUDIP will expand business opportunities for women, and empower women to empower themselves and their communities by:

    • impacting 90,000 women in digital skills needs for 21st century
    • employing and creating livelihood opportunities for 1500+ women
    • benefiting 2000+ families by enabling them avail government scheme
    • benifiting 3000+ households with digital payment APP download / and training on digital banking

    To date, USAID has 16 WomenConnect Challenge grantees working to address barriers limiting women’s access to technology and to connect nearly 6 million women in 16 countries. USAID/Reliance Foundation and WomenConnect Challenge India grantees will highlight a deep commitment from USAID and the Reliance Foundation to close the gender digital divide in India through supporting local and culturally contextual innovative solutions.
