    March 4th, 2021, Thursday: As part of its ongoing efforts to foster an ecosystem that enhances India’s talent with the right set of skills, Anudip Foundation launched FuturLearn© supported by Capgemini, aimed atpreparing a global workforce with the skills needed to future-proof their careers in an age of rapid technological change.

    Along with providing financial assistance for developing FuturLearn, Capgemini reinforces its partnership with Anudipby sharing their expertise and insights into design strategies to incorporate critical 21st century concepts that bring complementary capabilities in our curriculum and accelerate our road to impact the future workforce through this product. Monisha Banerjee, CEO, Anudip said, “Throughout our journey to design and implement our innovative future skills product, Capgemini has been a trusted partner, providing robust support to shape our vision to launch FuturLearn. It will be incredible to see young men and women in India become the global workforce of the future, by practicing the required behaviors on our platform.

    Extensive research and survey coupled with feedback from industry stalwarts equipped Anudip to develop FuturLearn©, which would generate 21st Century Professionals and Global Citizens possessing foundational skills in modern technology, effective communication skills, demonstrate order thinking, a problem solving mindset, an ability to ask questions and self-learn and be resilient team-players with a high empathy quotient. The product currently is for the consumption of a 15+ year age-group audience, and is geared to build tangible and measureable behaviors relevant to the 21st Century.

    Future of learningSince 2007, Anudip single-mindedly offers new-age skills through its90+ training centers spread across16 Indian States impacting 100,000+ underserved youth and successfully employing 75% of them in leading sectors. Our technology skillprograms focus exclusively on developing employability and entrepreneurship skills for crisis-stricken youth and women, giving them a chance to earn sustainable wages, triple their family incomes, and reap the long-term benefits of working in a structured environment.Our instructional design has been shaped by our deep understanding of such youth-behaviors, developed over the last decade of Anudip’s training operations across India and US.

    Supported and powered by Capgemini, Anudip’s FuturLearn© product will be highly scalable, fully virtual, facilitate self-learning with limited facilitation, and drive an engaging learning experience that nurtures curiosity amongst the youth community.
