Through its chain of rural training centers, Anudip’s Market Aligned Skills Training (MAST) program provides integrated courses in digital literacy, financial literacy, IT, spoken English, workplace readiness, soft skills, entrepreneurship, accounting, resume writing, and job interviewing. MAST training provides a base of knowledge which Anudip students utilize to gain secure employment in IT-enabled jobs. Anudip’s placement staff work with employers to quickly place our graduates in mainstream jobs in back-office, customer service, retail, banking, telecom, government, healthcare, BPO, microfinance and insurance agencies, call centers, etc.
Anudip’s partner company iMerit Technology Services, a globally networked IT services company with a social mission, employs its graduates to offer low-cost, high-quality outsourcing services to global and domestic clients. For more details please visit the iMerit site.
Anudip’s Developing Rural Entrepreneurs through Adoption and Mentoring (DREAM) program empowers its graduates to start their own IT-enabled businesses. DREAM provides entrepreneurship training and high-touch mentoring in addition to the MAST curriculum. Graduates are assisted in starting group-based micro-enterprises and facilitated with leased computer equipment.
Specially-Abled Vocational Education (SAVE) is one of Anudip’s initiatives which offers IT-based vocational skills training and corporate job placement service to specially-abled youth and women in rural, semi-urban, and urban areas. Under this program persons with physical and visual constraints are trained on computer skills, communicative English, soft- and life-skills.
