Anudip’s top-notch faculty in the eastern state of Odisha has gone from zero to over a thousand students trained in eight months at fifteen centers in seven districts. In this picture the team celebrates its achievements with a group picnic and cricket on January 24th at Chandrabhaga beach on the Bay of Bengal. On the day before the picnic, a meeting was held in Bhubaneswar between Anudip managers and local NGO-partners at whose rural premises and through whose communities, we conduct training. Later the full team met for in-depth strategic and operational discussions.
