Trainer - ENGLISH/SOFTSKILLS/IT
Location: Multiple Positions for
West Bengal: Budge Budge/ Nadia
1 to 3 years in the following areas:
Trainer – English and Soft Skills
Trainer – IT
Applicants should note that only those who are prepared to work for the society and are willing to work in rural and urban slums areas should apply. The successful candidates will have responsibility to our students from Mobilization to Training to Placement.
For Trainer – English / Soft Skills:
Graduates with minimum 3 years training experience in English and Workplace Readiness. Non-training work experience is desired.
For Trainer – IT:
Graduates who have a good knowledge of MS Office and Internet. The minimum training experience required is 3 years.
Location- Bally & Rishra/ Barasat.
Convincing the students to get enrolled for our program.
2. Needs to train the rural beneficiaries on the basic knowledge of computer IT, Basic accounts and specially Tally.
3. Imparting training on Work Place Readiness and presentation skills, computer IT, Basic accounts and specially Tally.
4. Conducting mock interviews.
5. Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments.
6. Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
7. Observe and maintain accurate and complete records of student’s progress and development.
8. Counseling students with academic problems and providing student encouragement.
1 Interacting with day to day walk-ins, counselling candidates.
2 Conversions of walk-in / prospective to final admissions,
3 Attending all incoming & outgoing calls related to admissions.
4 Maintaining database of new and existing candidates,
5 Arranging seminars & workshop in different institutes and taking care of all the out door marketing activities.
6 Participating educational fair & events.
7 Required Experience – Minimum 1 Year experience in academic counselling profile.
Marketing Executive- Marketing
1. Mobilization of students from different sources, arranging campaign in rural areas.
2. Arranging seminars in different education institutes to get student database.
3. Convincing the students to get enrolled for our program.
4. Mapping and identifying where needy underprivileged youths may be found, counseling the youths to do the courses.
5. Counseling students with academic problems and providing student encouragement.
Centre Head- Training
1.Planning and strategizing the operations ( Projecting the number of NGO partnerships, Manpower ).
Plan and mentor the Trainers in initiating batches at centers.
2.Plan/update the Manpower Requirements and ensure optimum utilization of the existing resources by working closely with the Training Manager.
3.Responsible for overall implementation of program in the areas of work / states assigned within the given framework of program guidelines.
4.Monitor Trainers activities as per the Lesson Plan.
5.Market Feasibility study for implementing various courses.
6.Monitor Student Attendance and Dropout Percentage, Curriculum coverage, Students/Alumni/Parents meet, Placement ratio.
7.Explore new prospective Areas.
8.Assist the Training Head in overall program implementation and management of Centers spread in the respective Zone.
9.Providing guidance and support to Trainers for smooth implementation of the program.
10.To coordinate and seek support from other departments/line authority so as to provide timely support to the Training team.
11.Conducting Periodical checks across the Area to ensure the Quality work.
12.Motivating & building the Training Team.
13.Ensure strict adherence to the processes laid through field visits, and orientation programs at the Centre level.
14.Apprise Management about Training & Placement Status through Batch reports.
Key Performance Indicators:
Increased intake of Students.
Reduced attrition rates indicative of motivated field staff.
Timely implementation of program and acceptable Batch to Batch gap, Trained and Placed numbers.
Implementation of Innovative ideas and practices to enhance Program credibility.
Conduct market research in consultation with faculties, staff and business representatives and design and develop new curriculum.
Work with the team to review/assessment of current curriculum to ensure that courses/programs are meeting intended objectives and requirements.
Develop and maintain research database that may be utilized to develop and review curriculum.
Use evaluations and data to make recommendations for how to improve and edit curriculum on an annual basis.
Develop curricular goals and outlines for new curriculum and curriculum updates.
Identify and lead a team of facilitators who will assist in curriculum development.
Actively pursue opportunities to continue to learn best practices in curriculum writing through research, professional development, and other learning opportunities.
Apply research and data to improve the content, sequence, and outcomes of the teaching-learning process.
Work with appropriate faculty to develop, maintain, and revise curriculum documents based on systematic review and analysis.
Involve instructional faculty team in evaluating and selecting instructional materials to meet student learning needs.
Ensure the use of technology in the teaching-learning process.
Plan the necessary time, resources, and materials to support accomplishments of education goals.
Obtain and use evaluative findings (including student achievement data to examine curriculum and instruction program effectiveness.
Provide effective staff development activities that incorporate the program evaluation outcomes, and input from teachers and others.
Create, maintain, lead, evaluate & develop regional teams to achieve desired results through team performance.
Track, monitor, review and evaluate the performance of all subordinates, do Skills Gap Analysis and take preventive and corrective measures to increase efficiency of all subordinates.
Create and maintain excellent relationship with all team members and address issues promptly for resolution of the same.
Create and maintain excellent strong relationship with different clients.
Ensure high quality level is maintained without compromising targets.
