Trainer - ENGLISH/SOFTSKILLS/IT
Location: Multiple Positions for

For Trainer – English / Soft Skills:
Graduates with minimum 3 years training experience in English and Workplace Readiness. Non-training work experience is desired.
For Trainer – IT:
Graduates who have a good knowledge of MS Office and Internet. The minimum training experience required is 3 years.
Program Management Officer
To contribute towards effective implementation of varied initiatives in the organization. Key deliverables will include produces documentation, track and monitoring of progress and coordination and dissemination of information in support of the program management. The principle objective includes knowledge management, research support, program coordination, monitoring and evaluation, communications and network development, and liaison with key internal and external constituents.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinates, collects and centralizes all information about the activities of the initiative (i.e. research outputs, specific program level performance indicators)
Prepares project action items and timelines ; and coordinates program level documents such as (annual work plans, project information memoranda, communications strategies, evaluation plans, project reports or briefings, reports to donors, reports of meetings) for the program team, and in response to specific requests by center management
Acts as the first point of contact for enquiries about the program
Coordinates the implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans for the program. Makes recommendations to improve the outcome.
Plans and coordinates program meetings, retreats, doemstic meetings and conferences involving the program’s network of partners and prepares background material, distributes agendas, and provides general support to enhance the effectiveness of the meetings
On occasion, travels to attend program meetings and retreats
Prepares minutes and meeting reports of a technical nature to ensure discussions and decisions are well documented
Contributes analysis about program outcomes to contribute to team learning and discussions on future programming
Compiles project results and other outputs as well as lessons learned for wider dissemination
Researches specific topics of interest to the program to enrich the knowledge of team members and to move the program forward
Prepares the reports for all projects requiring a project completion report (PCR) shortly after project approval (stage 1)
Plays a key role in the application of PCR content within the team, including dissemination of PCRs, information sharing, integration of team-based learning, and required reporting based on lessons learned from PCRs
Support for Program Management and Project Development:
Collects and analyzes information from a variety of sources to investigate aspects of issues relevant to the initiative and its future development
Assists in the design of evaluation plans
Performs preliminary screening of concept notes, Research Support Projects (RSPs) and project proposals and assists with their administration
Contributes to the preparation of Project Approval Documents (PADs)
Assists in the preparation of proposals and progress reports to external funders for externally funded projects and provides periodic project updates, as needed.
Effective dissemination of regular progress updates to internal and external customer.
In collaboration with program team and other concerned staff, assists in the drafting and editing of reports, special papers, reviews, journal or newsletter articles, manuscripts and other documents for publication or presentation
Organizes meetings, conferences, seminars and workshops both locally and domestically; documents and disseminates outputs to participants and selected management
On occasion, makes presentations and/or represents Anudip Foundation at selected meetings, conferences, workshops or seminars
State Head - Rajasthan
Through entrepreneurship approach set, manage and grow state wide operation aligned with MISSION, VISION and CORE VALUES of Anudip Foundation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Setup and manage training centers around Jaipur and other cities of the state
· Setup all necessary partnerships to mobilize and place students
· Timely identification the need of recruitment of staff state-wide operation, coordinating with H.O. to recruit faculty and support staff

The Recruitment Head is responsible for the recruitment process. The process has to be properly designed and implemented. The manager sets recruitment measurement and distributes the job vacancies across HR Recruiters.
The Recruitment Head is responsible for the development of the recruitment team in Human Resources, develops successors and increases the value added by the team members.
Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps).
Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization).
Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.
Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters.
Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics.
