For Trainer – English / Soft Skills:
Graduates with minimum 3 years training experience in English and Workplace Readiness. Non-training work experience is desired.
For Trainer – IT:
Graduates who have a good knowledge of MS Office and Internet. The minimum training experience required is 3 years.

Convincing the students to get enrolled for our program.
2. Needs to train the rural beneficiaries on the basic knowledge of computer IT, Basic accounts and specially Tally.
3. Imparting training on Work Place Readiness and presentation skills, computer IT, Basic accounts and specially Tally.
4. Conducting mock interviews.
5. Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments.
6. Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
7. Observe and maintain accurate and complete records of student’s progress and development.
8. Counseling students with academic problems and providing student encouragement.
1 Interacting with day to day walk-ins, counselling candidates.
2 Conversions of walk-in / prospective to final admissions,
3 Attending all incoming & outgoing calls related to admissions.
4 Maintaining database of new and existing candidates,
5 Arranging seminars & workshop in different institutes and taking care of all the out door marketing activities.
6 Participating educational fair & events.
7 Required Experience – Minimum 1 Year experience in academic counselling profile.
Assistant General Manager- Training & Operations
Location- West Bengal
Reports to: GM – Operation
Position Summary: The Associate General Manager will be responsible for handling the CSR fund driven skill development project in all its facets. He will be responsible for leading few state level operation team towards excellence both qualitatively and quantitatively. He / She will be responsible for Donor Liaison and Customer satisfaction (both internal & external). He will be responsible for the preparation of budgets, monitoring, reviewing, evaluating and reporting. He will be responsible for guiding and mentoring Project Managers and Placement Managers, evaluating their current performance and projected potential. He / She should be experienced in analysing future business potentials and threats and act accordingly. He should be able to effectively & critically analyse the Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly action plans made by the project manager and placement manager. He will work closely with Business Development Team and the Curriculum Team. He should be able to strategize according to the changing environments affecting this project. He should be able to build and maintain excellent professional rapport with all his subordinates (Direct & Indirect).
Key Responsibility Areas:
Prepare monthly / quarterly / Yearly projections for the project.
Preparing budgets for the project in different states.
Analysing via different techniques like SWOT analysis for current and proposed areas of project work.
Create, maintain, lead, evaluate & develop regional teams to achieve desired results through team performance.
Track, monitor, review and evaluate the performance of all team members, perform Skills Gap Analysis and take preventive and corrective measures to increase efficiency of all team members.
Formulation, distribution, tracking and maintenance of targets to / of all subordinates.
Create and maintain excellent relationship with all team members and address issues promptly for resolution of the same.
Reward, recognize and incentivize team members according to their performances.
Create and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners and employers at VP levels through performance and reporting.
Facilitate and administer all training centres for the smooth running of project.
Monitor budget adherence regarding resource allocation, salary, traveling, training centre administration, mobilization methods & expenses with experienced & creative preventive corrective measures and more efficient methods.
Analyse potential of existing and new areas where CSR fund driven skill development program can be run.
Analyse existing and new methods of developing existing and new partners.
Analyse and implement newer and more efficient use of available resources for optimum output with limited resources.
Analyse and implement newer and more efficient methods of fees collection techniques.
Implement and analyse market research for increasing placement opportunities.
Ensure high quality levels are maintained in the execution of the project without compromising targets.
Report regularly and as desired to the GM – Operation regarding all aspects of the project.
